How to Purchase

From cart to your doorstep — here is how ordering from Yiwu Qifu Trading works.

Purchase Flow

1.Add to Cart

Browse the catalog and add the styles you need. Mixed styles are welcome — meet each product's MOQ and a minimum total of USD 200.

2.Submit Order

Submit your inquiry and pay a 30% deposit. Your dedicated manager will start checking the order right away.

3.Verify

We verify price and stock with the source stalls. If anything fluctuates, you can adjust your selection based on the verified details.

4.Payment

After final confirmation, settle the remaining 70% balance by bank transfer and we start allocating your goods.

5.Packing

Products are collected, quality-checked and packed. The exact shipping cost is calculated once packaging is complete.

6.Shipping

After the freight fee is settled we dispatch your parcel. Air freight by default, delivery in about two weeks.

We accept mixed-style orders with low minimum order quantities, with a minimum total purchase amount of USD 200.
Clients may select preferred items and place orders in accordance with their procurement budget.
A 30% deposit shall be paid upon order submission. We will subsequently conduct order verification. In the event of price or inventory fluctuations, clients may adjust item selection accordingly based on the verified order details.
Upon final order confirmation, the remaining 70% balance shall be settled, after which we will proceed with product allocation and preparation.
The exact shipping cost will be calculated upon completion of product packaging. Shipment will be dispatched only after full settlement of the freight fee.
All international shipping expenses shall be borne by the client. Air freight is designated as the default shipping method, with a delivery lead time of approximately two weeks.
Bank transfer is the exclusive default payment method for all purchase funds.
